Norfolk Commissioner of Revenue, Sharon M. McDonald, reminded citizens that her office provides DMV Select services at Norfolk City Hall, First Floor.  

The Norfolk Commissioner of the Revenue offers assistance with title transfers, registrations, name and address changes, special & personalized plates, dealer title & registration services, and voter registration.  In addition, the Commissioner’s office does NOT charge a registration fee. 

This service is available to all citizens, and is not limited to Norfolk residents. 

“With the other DMV offices closing this week for renovations, we are happy to offer DMV services to help ease the inconvenience for the customer,” said Commissioner McDonald.  “This is a good time to remind people that we offer these services every day.” 

Office hours for the Commissioner of the Revenue are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  The office is located on the first floor of the Norfolk City Hall Building, 810 Union St., Norfolk.  The office website is www.norfolk.gov/revenue
